The pattern is for crochet top only. There is no description of bottom tulle part.
This crochet top is very comfy and perfect for so many dress and romper styles. Just sew the underskirt to the base of the top, attach tulle under the peplum panel and the cutest tutu dress is ready! It also looks so cute in combination with any summer cotton fabric bottom sewn to its base.
